SUPPORT FOR AFFINITY'S 15TH YEAR

Affinity is not immune to the effects of the economy. While we have faired better than many non-profits, we are definitely feeling the pain this year.  Our operating and program expences average $8,000 per month. This includes staff, rent, phone, internet, and program expenses such as food and bus cards for youth programs. We are focused on holding costs down by making programs cost neutral or fundraisers. You'll also notice that we "pass the hat" during programs to help defray costs. As we work to keep costs in check we also ask our supporters and their friends and families to dig a little deeper this year to help us get through this rough patch.
